My freshman year at Temple University has been amazing. The vibrant campus life and welcoming community helped me quickly make many friends and build a strong support network. Joining clubs and activities allowed me to explore my interests and connect with like-minded people, enriching my social life and personal growth.
Temple's academics are excellent, with inspiring professors and diverse courses that have broadened my knowledge. The university's resources, like libraries and study centers, support my academic success.
Opportunities at Temple extend beyond the classroom. I've participated in internships, volunteer programs, and networking events, gaining valuable real-world experience. Philadelphia adds excitement and learning, offering cultural experiences and career prospects.

The diversity of Temple University is a major reason why I committed to this University. In addition, there are many ways to meet people through clubs. A great example are ASA, VSA, TUPAC, CAS, which cater towards the Asian-American population of Temple. But of course, any one can join these! Temple has allowed me to meet many individuals that reside throughout the country even world. Also, they have many Study Abroad options for those who want to Study in Italy or Japan!
My time at Temple University has been a rollercoaster, filled with challenges and incredible moments. From savoring the delicious foods around campus to immersing myself in the rich culture of Philadelphia, every day has been a discovery. Furthermore, the professors here are very approachable. They communicate with students as individuals, not just enrollment numbers. They consistently make my learning experience engaging. The curriculum is extremely challenging for a civil engineer, and it has been the toughest moment for me. However, Temple has nourished my academic growth and adult experience.
