An innovative joint degree offering, the Joint Bachelor's /M.D. program allows you to transition seamlessly from a bachelor's degree at Seton Hall to the M.D. program at the Hackensack Meridian Health School of Medicine. You can complete a bachelor’s degree at Seton Hall in any subject of your choosing, as long as you take all of the prerequisite courses required for the School of Medicine.

Seton Hall University is a place where academic rigor, community spirit, and personal growth converge. My journey at Seton Hall has been nothing short of transformative, marked by enriching experiences both inside and outside the classroom. One of the most striking aspects of Seton Hall University is its commitment to academic excellence. As a Biochemistry major, I have had the privilege of learning from some of the most dedicated and knowledgeable faculty members. he small class sizes foster a collaborative learning environment where professors know their students by name and are genuinely invested in their success. Beyond academics, Seton Hall boasts a vibrant campus life that caters to a wide array of interests and passions. From the moment I stepped onto campus, I was welcomed into a community that felt like a second family. There are numerous clubs and organizations to join, each offering unique opportunities for involvement and leadership.

Review Seton Hall University

As a commuter student, I did not get the 'full college experience' as I was mostly there for my classes. However, I can say that I was comfortable at Seton Hall. I appreciate the smaller class sizes because it makes it easier to develop good relationships with professors and classmates. However, the tuition is rather costly, and registering for classes can be stressful, especially for large programs like Biology. I changed my major from Biology to Chemistry partly due to this. From my experience, humanities professors seem nicer and more forgiving compared to STEM professors, and classes taken during the summer are easier than those taken during the fall and spring semesters. Don't forget to check Rate My Professor before registering for courses.

I have enjoyed my time at Seton Hall so much! Something that stuck out to me was the hands on experience that Seton Hall offers. Giving students the opportunity to apply what they learned in the classroom to the real world makes such a difference in their learning. The campus is easy to navigate, and has such a nurturing environment. I am so glad to call it home!
