Rutgers University - Newark Reviews
Rating 3.66 out of 5 1,232 reviews
My experience at Rutgers University was highly positive. I appreciated the diverse academic offerings, vibrant campus life, and numerous research opportunities. The knowledgeable faculty and the university's prime location near major cities like New York and Philadelphia were significant advantages. However, administrative processes could be more efficient, and certain campus facilities need updates. Parking was a notable issue due to limited spaces and high costs. Additionally, expanding mental health services and fostering a more inclusive environment would benefit the student body. Overall, my time at Rutgers was marked by academic growth and personal development, making it a memorable experience.
Attending Rutgers University - Newark has been enriching, especially due to the plethora of extracurricular activities available. From academic clubs to cultural events, there's something for everyone, fostering exploration beyond the classroom. Attending various club-hosted events has not only enhanced my learning but also provided networking opportunities and a sense of belonging.
Becoming an executive board member of clubs has been rewarding, helping me develop skills like communication and teamwork while making a meaningful impact on campus. Overall, Rutgers University - Newark offers diverse opportunities for involvement, a vibrant community, and personal growth through extracurricular activities.

The tuition is ridiculous, and it's just been increased. Otherwise, I feel good about the classes I take attending the business school, with the exception of having to take classes that have nothing to do with my degree as a requirement. I feel this is taking advantage of federal and state aid.
