So far, Molloy's been great! The Social Work department is really small but incredibly diverse, with a strong connection to alumni. During my first class with the program my professor put me in touch with an alumni with similar interests with me, which was really helpful considering how nervous I was. I'm also apart of the honors program, which includes some really interesting classes (I especially enjoyed Art History with Dr. LaMonica). The events held on campus, specifically the International Education department, are really fun! The size of the campus is also helpful because getting to classes is easy, since two of the buildings are connected (I love the tunnel SO MUCH).
Molloy College, in Rockville Centre, New York, is an example of outstanding learning and personal progress. Molloy has a large range of graduate and undergraduate programs, a difficult curriculum, and small class sizes where students receive customized attention. Opportunities for experiential learning, such as a vibrant campus community that supports research projects and internships, as well as inclusivity and engagement, improve the educational experience. Beyond the classroom, Molloy provides robust support services focused on the professional and personal development of its students. The college's emphasis on community enables students to thrive in a nurturing environment on all levels—intellectually, professionally, and emotionally. One excellent example of a comprehensive program that prepares students to lead with compassion in their chosen fields is Molloy College.
The best! I transferred here from another school I did not like, and this school changed my entire perspective on college. I made amazing friends, the professors are awesome & truly all want to help their students succeed, and I couldn't ask for a more positive experience. The food is good to stop by for a quick treat, there are many opportunities to get involved on campus including sports, clubs, and extracurricular activities. They have many events going on that are open to all students whether part time/full time/non-matriculated and they are super fun and it is a great way to meet other people. I could not recommend it enough for other people to apply here!
