The step-by-step guide below walks you through the process of accessing your STH Fan Bucks account, digital STH Fan Bucks card, loading money into your account, as well as checking balances and transactions throughout the season.

All funds loaded onto your STH Fan Bucks account will be dollar-for-dollar and your 15%* Season Ticket Holder discount will be taken off at the concession stand at the time of purchase. Also, for your health and safety, physical cards have been replaced by a contactless mobile system. You will redeem your STH Fan Bucks discount at concession stands by scanning your digital card through your mobile device. For the fastest access and use, please add your STH Fan Bucks digital card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet through the Manage Accounts screen.

Existing users - Sign in with your digital STH Fan Bucks email address & password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link so that a temporary one may be emailed to you.

New users - Click the "Create one" link to create your STH Fan Bucks Account with your email address and 21-digit account number (This number should have been provided to you in the e-mail you received from the Blue Jackets). Once account is created, go back to the sign-in page, and use the "Forgot Password" link to set up your password.

Existing users - Once logged in, click "Reload Card" to add STH Fan Bucks to your digital card. Enter your desired amount between $5 and $1,000 and click "Next". Enter your billing information and click "Reload Account."

New users - After registering a new digital STH Fan Bucks card and signing in, click "Reload Card" to add STH Fan Bucks to your digital card. Enter your desired amount between $5 and $1,000 and click "Next". Enter your billing information and click "Reload Account." To add an additional digital Fan Bucks card to your existing account, click "Add a Card" and enter your 21-digit account number.

Past Transactions - to review transactions from your account, click "View Recent Account Transactions."

To Use Your Digital Card - For fastest access and use, please add your STH Fan Bucks digital card to your Apple Wallet or Google through the Manage Accounts screen. From your mobile device, you may also click on "Mobile Pay Wallet" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to have a temporary barcode to be presented at the concession stands. (Please note, for security purposes, the Mobile Pay barcode is refreshed every 5 minutes. A screenshot of the Mobile barcode will not be valid to complete a purchase.)

What are STH Fan Bucks?

STH Fan Bucks is an exclusive Season Ticket Holder benefit that allows for purchasing food and beverages at all Blue Jackets games at Nationwide Arena at a discount.

How do I purchase STH Fan Bucks?

To purchase STH Fan Bucks, eligible season ticket holders may sign in to BlueJackets.com/MyFanBucks

Existing Users: Sign in using your email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, you can retrieve it using the Forgot Password link.

New Users: Click the Create One link to create your STH Fan Bucks account.

Select the STH Fan Bucks account you want to reload and click Reload.

Enter the amount you want to load.

All money loaded onto your STH Fan Bucks account will be dollar for dollar and your 15%* STH discount will be taken off at the concession stand at the time of purchase.**

Enter payment details and click Reload. Enter your debit/credit account information to process the transaction.

How do I use my STH Fan Bucks?

Access your STH Fan Bucks account HERE from your mobile device.

Click on Mobile Pay and select the account you wish to use. For security reasons, the mobile pay barcode expires after five minutes. You may need to click on refresh barcode when you get to the front of the line.

It is recommended to add your STH Fan Bucks account to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from the My Account page as you no longer need to access the STH Fan Bucks page and these barcodes do not expire after five minutes (Screenshots of this barcode will not work). When paying from your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, simply access your Wallet or Google Pay from your mobile device and select the Fan Bucks account you wish you pay with.

Where can I use STH Fan Bucks?

STH Fan Bucks can be used at all food and beverage locations within Nationwide Arena during Blue Jackets home games. Please note that STH Fan Bucks credits cannot be used for some in-seat vendors or for catering purchases.

Can I use STH Fan Bucks for merchandise?

Yes.

Can I use my STH Fan Bucks at other Nationwide Arena events?

No. STH Fan Bucks can only be used for the purchase of food and beverages at Blue Jackets games played at Nationwide Arena.

Who is eligible to purchase STH Fan Bucks?

STH Fan Bucks are exclusively for current Blue Jackets Season Ticket Holders who have either a full-season, half-season, or quarter-season plan.

What is the discount offered through STH Fan Bucks?

All money loaded onto your STH Fan Bucks account will be dollar for dollar and your 15%* STH discount will be taken off at the concession stand at the time of purchase.*

All eligible accounts will receive 15% off their purchase when paying with STH Fan Bucks.

How can I check my STH Fan Bucks balance?

To check your STH Fan Bucks balance, eligible season ticket holders may sign in to BlueJackets.com/MyFanBucks and select the 'My Account' section to review the balances or history of any registered account. By accessing the My Account screen, you no longer need to enter your full account number to check your balance.

You can also check your balance by clicking on CHECK BALANCE; however, you will need to enter your full 21-digit account number.

Do STH Fan Bucks expire?

No - As long as your Season Ticket Account is in good standing and you renew your season ticket plan before our annual season ticket renewal campaign deadline, all STH Fan Bucks balances will be rolled over to the subsequent season.

If you do not renew your season ticket account before this annual renewal deadline or downgrade to a smaller plan, any STH Fan Bucks balance on your account shall be forfeited and the value of your Account will be zero ($0).

Fan Bucks Terms and Conditions

By activating, adding funds to, or using your Blue Jackets Season Pass Account ("Account") or Blue Jackets Fan Bucks Account ("Account") for our Season Ticket Holder Fan Bucks Program ("Fan Bucks Program"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions ("Terms") contained herein. The Frequently Asked Questions of the Fan Bucks Program are incorporated as a part of these Terms. As used in these Terms, "you" and "your" refer to the Account owner, and "we", "us", and "our" refer to the Columbus Blue Jackets and any and all affiliated entities.

Within the scope of the Fan Bucks Program, your Account may only be used for purchase of food and beverage at Nationwide Arena during Columbus Blue Jackets games. Your Account should be treated as cash. If your Account is used by a party other than yourself, with or without your authorization, the transaction will be final, and no refunds will be awarded. If your Account is lost or stolen, we will replace it for a twenty-dollar ($20) replacement fee, and no refunds will be issued for any purchases made with your Account while it is lost or stolen. Your Account may not be used like an ATM Account to withdraw any funds on the Account, and no refunds will be provided for funds added to your Account. As long as your Season Ticket account is in good standing and renewed before our annual season ticket renewal campaign deadline, the date of which shall be determined by us in our sole discretion, all Fan Bucks Program balances on your Account will be rolled over to the subsequent season. If you do not renew your season ticket account prior to this annual renewal deadline, any Fan Bucks Program value on your Account shall be forfeited and the value of your Account will be zero ($0).

Refunds for purchases made with your Account will only be awarded consistent with the policies of the merchant where the transaction occurred. If you are entitled to a refund, the amount will be credited back to your Account. You shall not receive a cash refund for any purchase made using your Account. We make no warranty for and are not responsible for the quality of any goods or services you purchase with your Account.

We may adjust the value of your Account to correct any errors or discrepancies. You are responsible for resolving any disputes regarding any transactions made with your Account with the merchant where the transaction was made. Any attempts to abuse, defraud, duplicate, or otherwise alter the value of your Account in an impermissible fashion shall constitute a violation of these Terms, and we may, in our sole discretion, cancel your Account, forfeiting any amounts remaining on the Account, and bar you from participating in the Fan Bucks Program, or any similar program, in future seasons.

We may amend these Terms at any time. We may cancel or suspend your Account, these Terms, or the entire Fan Bucks Program at any time. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. You agree that all disputes shall be resolved by a mutually agreed upon arbitration body, which shall hold its proceedings in Columbus, Ohio. The result of said arbitration shall be binding and enforceable in a court of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, said provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full effect.
