Orchard Park, N.Y. -- Days after being released by the Buffalo Bills, Richie Incognito had the police called on him at a fitness center in Boca Raton, Fla.

As TMZ reported, Incognito had the police called on him after he got into a disagreement with another man. He is under involuntary psychiatric evaluation but was not technically arrested.

The man Incognito got into a disagreement spoke with TMZ and said Incognito first threw a tennis ball at him before throwing a dumbbell at him. He also said Incognito was "rambling about the government and screaming at the man to 'get off my f------ playground.'"

The Bills released Incognito from the reserve/retired list this week after he retired last month. Earlier this offseason he agreed to a restructured contract but later fired his agent and abruptly retired, saying health reasons were causing him to step away from the game.

Now he reportedly wants to play again, but this incident won't do him any favors in that regard.
