Academics: To meet the unique needs of gifted and 2e learners &ndash; students who may have co-occurring&nbsp;learning challenges along with their gifts &ndash; we provide a gifted-level curriculum with built-in&nbsp;scaffolding, developed by credentialed experts in both gifted education and special education,&nbsp;as well as subject-area experts. Small, discussion-based classes ensure our students can&nbsp;engage in stimulating conversation with intellectual peers while receiving individualized attention&nbsp;and support. Talent Development and Experiential Learning: Central to our program is our strengths-based, interest-based approach to learning. All&nbsp;FlexSchool students pursue personal passion projects and choose from a diverse menu of&nbsp;enrichment activities and electives designed to support exploration and talent development. Our&nbsp;signature FlexFriday experiential learning program provides essential connections between&nbsp;classroom learning and the real world. Executive Functioning and Learning Support: All FlexSchool students have access to an extensive range of accommodations, including&nbsp;breaks as needed, daily executive functioning support, flexible seating, extended time, assistive&nbsp;technology and more. Learning Specialist support is available on every FlexSchool campus. Social-Emotional Learning and School Counseling: Our caring team of certified school counselors, under the guidance of a consulting psychologist,&nbsp;provide robust social-emotional learning and social pragmatics programming. Students are&nbsp;welcome to visit the school counselor at any time &ndash; no appointment necessary. FlexSchool&nbsp;counselors also maintain a collaborative relationship with parents and outside providers. Rella’s Spielhaus Summer Camp

<h1>2024 Rella&rsquo;s Summer Camp</h1> Guten Tag! Rella's Spielhaus Summer Camp is New York's premier German Summer Day Camp, excited to be back for the 10th summer in a row! Located on 50 West 97th Street, half a block away from Central Park, we offer 9 weeks of summer camp between June 24 th and August 30 th . Kids 1-12yrs are invited to enroll week-by-week. Sibling/twin discount. <h3>Daily schedule:</h3> Mon &ndash; Fri: 9am &ndash; 3pm Early Drop-off Mon - Thu: 8:30am Aftercare Mon - Thu: 3-5pm&nbsp; Any level of German welcome, no potty training required. The younger kids can nap. Be it the kids&rsquo; favorite "Fussball" , an introduction to the mighty music of "Mozart" or a magical week of wizardry during &ldquo;Abrakadabra&rdquo;, the children will be immersed in singing, dancing, arts &amp; crafts, and reading and writing - all tailored to their age group and level of German. Kenny Tan Test Prep: SHSAT, ISEE, SSAT, HSPT, SAT, ACT Tutor

A graduate of Stuyvesant High School (Class of 2010) and Vanderbilt University (Class of 2014), Kenny Tan has over 10,000 hours of test prep experience on both sides of the table, as tutor and as student. As a result, he knows which tutoring strategies work and which just create busywork. Since Kenny began teaching in 2010, he has worked with hundreds of students ranging from the elementary through high school level. Many of his students have gone on to attend New York&rsquo;s most selective public and private schools, as well as Ivy League and other highly competitive universities. Kenny has a patient and creative approach to tutoring. He helps students identify their weaknesses and works to help them improve their knowledge and skills while making each lesson dynamic, engaging, and enjoyable.
