PROFILE of Sam Cohn, 52, a motion-picture and theatrical talent agent. At International Creative Management on W. 57th St., the agency where he works, his title is head of the N.Y. motion-picture dept. More often than his competitors Cohn manages to become involved with films and plays that actually get produced. During 1981, ten feature films and nine Broadway or Off Broadway plays opened that were written, directed, or produced by one of his clients or in which a Cohn client had a major acting role. Tells how he does it. He has understanding and enthusiasm for what his clients are trying to express. His concentrated passion makes him extraordinarily persuasive.
