Statement on the Dismissal of IBT Media's Claims Against Newsweek

On December 19, 2022, the Supreme Court of the State of New York dismissed all IBT Media legal claims against Newsweek.

From the day IBT Media's lawsuits were filed, Newsweek has argued that these legal claims were frivolous and without merit.

The American judicial system has agreed by dismissing IBT Media's claims.
