When does Love Island U.K. end?
There is less than one week to go until Love Island U.K. officially comes to an end.
The finale will take place on August 23 at 9 p.m. BST in the UK on ITV2.
Unfortunately, Love Island U.K. fans in the U.S. will have to wait just a little longer for the Love Island U.K. final to air.
The highly anticipated final will be available to stream via Hulu on September 6 from 3 a.m. E.T.
What will happen in the Love Island U.K. final?
By the end of Love Island U.K. there are usually just four couples left.
They have made it through weeks of challenges, including Casa Amor and raising a fake baby, with some Islanders even dropping the L-bomb.
In the final, audiences will watch the final four couples go on their last-ever Love Island dates, often having dinner and sometimes a dance in a very romantic setting.
In past seasons of Love Island, the islanders then attend a ball, where they dress in black tie, have a three-course meal and ballroom dance.
Throughout the final episode, the vote will be open to the public, with U.K. viewers voting for the couple they want to see take home the Love Island U.K. crown.
Host Laura Whitmore will then invite the Islanders to the fire pit, in front of an audience, where the couple in fourth place will be announced.
The couple in third place will then be revealed with just two couples left standing.
In the end, after eight weeks exactly, one couple will be crowned the winners of Love Island.
Just as it looks like the winning couple are about to get their happily ever after, there is a huge twist on the cards.
The winners will open an envelope each, with one envelope containing the cash prize and the other nothing. The islander who opens the envelope with the money will then have to decide to either share the money with their partner or keep the money for themselves.
So far in Love Island U.K. history, every couple has decided to split the prize money, but could 2021 be the year everything changes?
Fans will have to tune in to the Love Island final to find out.
Who won Love Island U.K. 2020 and are they still together?
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Love Island U.K. did not take place in summer last year.
Thankfully, just in time before the pandemic hit, the first-ever edition of Winter Love Island aired, which saw several singletons head to South Africa in the hope of finding love.
Scottish singer Paige Turley and semi-professional soccer player Finley Tapp were the winners of winter Love Island, splitting the cash prize.
Paige and Finley have not fallen victim to the Love Island curse and are still together today, recently celebrating Paige's 24th birthday in Manchester.
Finlay recently posted a sweet photo of Paige alongside the caption: "Happy birthday to this very very special lady, you never fail to make me smile. Here's to many more birthdays with you. 24 never looked so good!"
