Indian Matchmaking Season 2 is streaming now on Netflix, more than two years since the original season became a surprise hit of the lockdown era.
Netflix viewers watched as matchmaker Sima Taparia tried to find love for characters like lawyer Aparna Shewakramani, the introverted Akshay Jakhete and Rupam Kaur, whom Sima said had very low chances of ever getting remarried.
Season 1 seemed to end with a few of the cast having found love. Akshay and Radhika took part in a pre-engagement ceremony to enforce their commitment to each other, while Aparna seemed to have some sparks with her three matches.
However, did any of those relationships last into 2022? Here's what we know.
Which Indian Matchmaking couples are still together?

The short answer is none of them, which is pretty bad news for Sima's matchmaking reputation.
In fact, in a further blow to her prowess, the only person who has notably found love since appearing on the show is Rupam, the person who Sima said had the lowest chances of finding love. In a final twist of the knife, Rupam found love on a dating app rather than through a matchmaker.
In September 2020, Rupam married a man called Nitin, who she met on Bumble. Asked by USA Today about her experience on Indian Matchmaking, she said: "What the matchmaker said to me isn't unique to her. It's what a lot of women are told. They're told that their options are less, especially when they're past a certain age, and that's not specific to Indian culture…In Indian culture, they're just a lot more honest about reality."
"Even if other people think your options are less, your options are dictated by your choices. If you want to find someone and that's your goal, you can go out and actually do that. It requires willingness to be open to opportunity, willingness to take risks."
As for the couples from the Netflix show, it was Nadia Christina Jagessar and Vinay Chadha who caused the most drama in the time between Seasons 1 and 2. After Vinay appeared to stand Nadia up, he took to Instagram to say that things were not as they appeared, then accused her of ghosting him.
In response, she told the New York Post: "If he considers that ghosting, that's fine. Don't be mad at me. I am not the producer or the person who created the show. I am a piece of this puzzle, just as you were."
As for Akshay and Radhika, that pre-engagement never became a proposal proper.
"There were some things which we found out that did not go down well with us," Akshay said to the LA Times," and eventually I called it off."
Exactly what those things were, however, he did not reveal, and later told Meaww that they ended their relationship because they "couldn't even hold a conversation together for more than five minutes."
