Will Smith Shares Rare Family Photo With Younger Twin Siblings

Entertainment gossip and news from Newsweek's network of contributors

Will Smith celebrated the holiday with family, giving fans a rare glimpse into his personal life by sharing a selfie with his loved ones.

The heartwarming photo, which was shared to Instagram on Thursday, July 4, featured his twin siblings, Ellen and Harry. The kitchen selfie, taken by Will's daughter Willow Smith, also featured their half-sister Ashley Marie. It's safe to say the pic delighted fans, who were also struck by the strong family genes and the striking resemblance between 55-year-old Will and his 23-year–old daughter specifically. The Bad Boys star simply captioned the post "Family days," accompanied by a red heart emoji.

One fan commented, "Willow literally has your face and your smile," while another agreed, "Willow is your twin forreal!! But lowkey everybody got the diff variation of the same face lmao!" Another fan commented on Harry and Will's similarities, saying, "brother looks more like Will than will himself 😮."

In addition to the siblings in the photo, the Smith family also includes another sister, named Pamela, who owns her own boutique. Will has shared some insight into his family dynamic before, with Harry collaborating with Will professionally over the years, serving as his accountant and later working on real estate projects and running Smith Global Media. Ellen, meanwhile, is the CEO and founder of Dining with Divas, a foundation supporting women and families in crisis.

It seems movie fans have forgiven Will after his infamous 2022 Oscars incident – where he gave Chris Rock a slap across the face – with his latest film proving to be a remarkable comeback. Despite being banned from attending any Oscars events for 10 years, Smith has found success at the box office with his new movie, Bad Boys: Ride or Die. The film, which reunited Will with Martin Lawrence for the fourth installment of their popular cop franchise, had an impressive opening weekend, grossing $104.6 million globally.
