Brothers Ryan and Matthew Poli have reached into their culinary rolodex to hook up with a quartet of talented chefs from as far away as California to put together a series of chef collaboration dinners at their popular Wedgewood-Houston Italian restaurant iggy’s.
“It’s always fun when you get to cook with your friends,” says Ryan, iggy’s executive chef and co-owner in the official announcement of the series. "I think iggy’s and Nashville are the perfect spot to host some of these amazing chefs — it will be some very special dinners for everyone involved."

Chef Joe Frillman of Daisies
The first dinner is planned for Wednesday, June 19, and will feature chef Joe Frillman of Chicago’s Daisies, a Michelin Green Star-awarded, Midwest-inspired, pasta-focused restaurant in the Windy City’s Logan Square neighborhood. The menu for the first dinner will offer seven courses served family-style and expertly prepared by Chef Frillman and Chef Poli. Tickets for the dinner are $100 per person and are available for purchase via Tock.
The Polis have three more dinners planned for upcoming Wednesday nights, which could become the most popular dining night of the week thanks to these visitors:
Sept. 18: Greg Kuzia-Carmel, Camper and Canteen (Menlo Park, Calif.)
Oct. 23: Brad Kilgore, Kilgore Culinary Group (Miami)
Dec. 11: Brad Daniels, TRESINI (Philadelphia)
