A seasoned civil litigator with extensive business and legal experience, Colleen Byers, Esq., now primarily focuses on mediating in the areas of complex business litigation, commercial and employment, professional liability, and trust, estate, and fiduciary litigation to help companies, families, and individuals solve their complex legal problems outside the courtroom.

Vincent A. Cino served as the Chairman of Jackson Lewis P.C., where he was responsible for the entire firm’s day-to-day administration and management. Prior to assuming the role of Chairman, he served as the firm’s National Director of Litigation and was on the firm’s Executive Committee and was Counsel to the firm.

Ms. Edwards has resolved matters including breach of contract, employment discrimination, employee misclassification, attorney fee disputes, estate disputes, franchise disputes and personal injury, and time share terminations in the healthcare, sports and entertainment, franchising, gig economy, and education fields.

Paul Gupta has over 30 years of experience with arbitrations, mediations, jury trials, bench trials, and evidentiary hearings in technology and other matters. He serves as an arbitrator and mediator, and also represents parties in complex ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) and other proceedings.

Jerald "J.R." Hanks has represented hundreds of companies and individuals in lawsuits throughout Georgia and the Southeast. He has handled well over 1,000 lawsuits involving a wide variety of matters including wrongful death, serious bodily injury, negligent security, premises liability, automobile accidents, construction defects, environmental torts, product liability, insurance coverage, and commercial disputes.

Julie Jun is an experienced litigator whose practice has focused primarily on complex product liability and mass tort litigation and previously served as a core member of national coordinating and trial counsel teams for privately held and multi-national corporations. Throughout her career, Ms. Jun has represented large manufacturers and distributors of various automotive parts, HVAC equipment, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.

Janné McKamey provides insightful mediation and arbitration of complex commercial, domestic relations, and consumer cases, formed by years of litigation work in private practice and government service. She has extensive experience in legal compliance, contracts, ordinance issues, domestic relations, collections, and small business matters.

Saloni Mavani is a mediator and arbitrator with nearly twenty years of experience resolving complex disputes for corporate clients. She began her legal practice with an Am Law 100 law firm representing clients in complex litigation and labor and employment matters.

As an arbitrator, Vincent J. Napoleon presides over disputes between commercial parties. He is a C-suite business leader, legal executive and retired U.S. Air Force Reserve Colonel with extensive experience representing global Fortune 100 and 500 consumer, aerospace, defense, technology, advanced technology, heavy industry, professional services and life science-related companies.

Shalanna Pirtle has been a practicing employment law litigator since 2007, evaluating all types of employment claims, including, but not limited to racial, religious, color, gender, sexual orientation, pregnancy, disability, age, national origin, sexual and other unlawful harassment and discrimination.

Rebecca Crumrine Rieder is a full-time mediator and arbitrator. As a former Superior Court Judge, civil litigator, family lawyer, and middle and high school teacher, she has decades of experience mediating and consulting parties to resolution.

Hon. Leah Ward Sears (Ret.) is an arbitrator and mediator with extensive ADR, trial and appellate experience in torts, construction, and eminent domain, among others.

Hon. Cynthia Stephens is a mediator and arbitrator with decades of appellate, commercial litigation, and civil rights experience. She was appointed to the Michigan Court of Appeals in 2008 and served on the bench until 2022.

Ms. Tolson has practiced in Atlanta, Georgia for more than 25 years, specializing in medical malpractice, wrongful death and other catastrophic injury cases, including premises liability including premises liability and trucking cases.

Nigel Wright has 30+ years of mediation & arbitration experience including all non-personal lines insurance claims and international & domestic arbitrations.

The Honorable Robert Young Jr. long and remarkable judicial career includes 7 years spent as a Chief Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court. Both before his appointment to and after his retirement from the bench, he spent two decades in private practice. While in private practice and in his role as general counsel in two major organizations, he regularly resolved complex federal and state statutory, common law, and commercial legal issues.

Michael A. Zuckerman, Esq. is an experienced mediator and arbitrator who has handled more than 600 matters as a neutral. He excels in contracts/commercial, employment/workplace, credit reporting and consumer transactions and landlord/tenant matters.
