SAGINAW, MI — Police are investigating another fatal shooting in Saginaw, the 13th of the year.
About 12:45 a.m. on Tuesday, July 9, police responded to a residence in the 3300 block of Ruckle Street. They arrived to find 31-year-old Equayvis S. Moten had been shot in the driveway.
