HOLLAND, MI — A pair of real estate investment firms from the Chicago area have purchased a large industrial building operated by a contract furniture maker at 13467 Quincy Street in Holland.

The acquisition — by Franklin Partners, of Oak Brook, Illinois, and Bixby Bridge Capital, of Northbrook, Illinois — was announced by Advantage Commercial Real Estate.
