WASHTENAW COUNTY -- Washtenaw County is among 15 counties under a flood watch as southeastern Michigan prepares to get soaked by the remnants of Hurricane Beryl.

The flood watch, issued by the National Weather Service, goes into effect at 11 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, and lasts until 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 10.
