There's nothing like a good singalong to your favourite Spotify playlist when you're driving.

Music can really lift your mood, making you feel lighter and brighter in no time. Whether you're into cheesy 90s hits, blasting a bit of RnB, or crooning along to 60s tunes is more your thing, everyone has their go-to car playlist. But social media users have been left "crying" at one man's dedication to 'The Ketchup Song' by Las Ketchup when he was faced with a near-death experience on the road.

Minding his own business driving in the car, singing along to the much-loved song, he was left shocked when a huge lorry began to pull out on him.

A man took to X, formerly Twitter, to write that he was "f**king crying" at "the way he kept singing to the beat", saying it was "killing" him that he just carried on, despite the circumstances he faced. In the footage, which seemed like it came from a dash-cam, the man can be heard singing along to the song as he drives along the road.

Suddenly, he then notices a lorry pulling into his lane, but is going at such a speed that he barely has any time to react. He carries on driving, moving more towards the central reservation to avoid being totally wiped out by the lorry - but it was his commitment to the song that really had people in stitches.

Rather than stopping singing the song, he continued to sing along in a more stressed tone of voice as the lorry continued to swerve into his lane - in what could've been a fatal collision.

The comments included: "Holy c**p, I need to meet this dude", "Mate this has done me", and "This is something that would happen to us".
