The release of Gypsy Rose Blanchard was hotly anticipated and she has not disappointed internet audiences with wild revelations and flying sparks with hubby Ryan - and the magic continued as they went on a hot date to Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on Broadway.
The ex-convict, 32, who was jailed for plotting the murder of her mother Dee Dee Blanchard with her ex-boyfriend Nicholas Godejohn in 2015, has been all over TV screens and social media with her husband who pursued her in prison Ryan Anderson since her release this week.
This date feels particularly poignant in the Big Apple as when her mother - who had what was then referred to as Munchausen-By-Proxy and treated her adult daughter like a deathly ill child - pulled her out of school when she was very young, leading to Gypsy repeatedly read the ' Harry Potter ' series to learn to read.

Blanchard, who was also a huge Disney fan, who met her ex-boyfriend who stabbed her mother at the cinema to see Cinderella, took to TikTok minutes before the curtain went up to share her 'Harry Potter' love, including shots of her seats, with her huge, growing social media audience.

Her mother's body was found face down in the bedroom of her house just outside Springfield, Missouri, lying on the bed in a pool of blood from stab wounds inflicted several days earlier. Godejohn and Gypsy Rose had fled after he executed their plan.
Having received allegedly over 200 letters from potential suitors while in prison, Gypsy Rose fell for Ryan, bonding over both being originally from Louisiana. Since they married, she has been released and the pair have been more than a little public about their relationship.
The former special education teacher from Louisiana, married Blanchard while she was still behind bars in 2022, and has faced a barrage of negative attention on social media, with some cruel followers saying he looked like her murdered mother.
Blanchard has been quick to defend her love, commenting on one post “don’t listen to the haters,” and that the couple doesn’t “owe anyone anything."
She then said shockingly “Besides, they jealous because you are rocking my world every night,” Gypsy Rose wrote. “Yeah I said it, the D is fire.”
After her eight year stint in prison, and a childhood spent hidden from the world, it is no surprise Blanchard is eager to get out and about and live her best life, and social media followers are lapping it up.
