Jaime Huffman has filed for divorce from her husband Erik Huffman.

The reality TV couple met on Survivor: China in 2007, she finished in 10th place and he finished in sixth. Their whirlwind relationship led to marriage in 2009, with the two now separating, with the messy split playing out in court, according to the New York Post.

Jamie is accusing Erik of marital infidelity, domestic violence, substance abuse and attempted sexual assault in the South Carolina filing, obtained by the outlet. Throughout more than 100 pages, influencer Jaime claimed Erik would drink too much alcohol, which led him to displays of anger, "he snapped and began screaming".

Jamie claims Erik, who she met on the CBS TV show, became abusive when she confronted him over "flirtatious" messages from men on his phone. "He snapped and began screaming, "How dare you accuse me of being gay, you stupid b****?'"

She also told the court that Erik "attempted to have sex with her against her will", further claiming Erik weight-shamed her after she gave birth to their son Harper back in 2010, according to the Post. She claimed he showed a "jealous streak" and noted one incident in which he believed Jamie was kissing a bartender. "He began screaming at me and punched a hole into the wall next to my head," Jaime said in the legal filing. "He broke multiple bones in his hand and everyone around him went silent."

Allegations are reportedly "backed up by eyewitnesses", the New York Post reported having seen the legal documents. Attached is a report from a private investigator that included photographs, with Jamie claiming Erik was having an affair with a colleague.

He was "surveilled spending hours at her home," per the outlet. They also report that Erik has not yet responded to the allegations. Erik and Jaime split this year after Erik was charged with third-degree domestic violence following a conflict in Spartanburg, South Carolina in January, per the outlet, citing a police report documenting his arrest.

Erik reportedly injured Jaime's hand after she found an extra phone he was using, he told law enforcement that Jamie had threatened to self-harm and was in a suicidal state of mind, allegations which Jaime said were false, according to the New York Post.

They report that the domestic violence charges were first dropped after the police officer who arrested him didn't show up in court; but the case is now reinstated after a "solicitor independently reviewed the evidence and refiled the case".
