Tammy Slaton has shown off her epic weight loss, with fans saying she is in her "glow up era".

The 1000-lb Sisters star sent her followers wild as she flaunted her curves in a tiny red dress, with many calling her health journey "inspirational".

36-year-old Tammy has been spending time in a food rehabilitation centre and took to TikTok to show off her progress.

The TLC reality star used a cute filter in the video and pouted for the camera while wearing a low cut top which showed off her tattoo.

Tammy styled her short wavy hair into two ponytails and fans took to the comments to praise her new look.

"Tammy you look great!!! You can see the difference in just your face alone," one fan wrote.

One of Tammy's followers said: "You’re weight loss progress is amazing! Keep it up girl!"

Tammy has struggled greatly with her weight, but has tried her best to turn her life around as documented on the hit show 1000-lb Sisters.

She recently vowed she would not let her body "defeat" her after being rushed to hospital when she stopped breathing in the weight loss facility.

Tammy was put on a ventilator and placed in a medically induced coma, with her loved ones told to prepare themselves for the worst.

Despite her body "shutting down", she survived and was even well enough to return to the rehab centre for the fourth series of her show.

Her near-death experience has shocked her into realising the fragility of life, and made her realise that she needs to make changes in order to avoid another health scare.

She told People magazine: "My near-death experience has taught me not to take life for granted."

Since then, Tammy has been keeping fans updated on her weight loss journey, sharing clips of her workout regime on social media.

In one of her latest videos, she was joined by her husband Caleb Willingham as he supported his wife through her exercise.
