Summer Monteys-Fullam has opened up about her age-gap love affair with Great British Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood.
The 24-year-old former barmaid has admitted she was "besotted" with the baker but her mum Sabina said that the relationship was always destined to "explode".
There were 29 years between Summer and 53-year-old Paul but she has told The Sun that "age is nothing but a number," if you "love someone."
Sabina has revealed that she always had doubts about her daughter getting involved with Paul, who left his wife Alex after two decades of marriage so that he could be with Summer.
Paul and Summer had been friends "for years" after meeting in his local pub in Kent, where she worked, and it gradually blossomed into a romance.
Sabina admits that the pairing of a "young redhead with an older man," meant that she "always knew it would explode."
Summer has insisted that the "age gap for me wasn’t a problem," but last August it all ended acrimoniously with legal threats being bandied about as the couple looked to stake their claim on why the relationship fell apart.

The romance suddenly took off from their friendship and Summer admits she was "besotted at the beginning," as the relationship moved on at apace.
They kept it private for months before it spilled out in to the public domain with Sabina saying that because her daughter declared how much she loved Paul, then she would support her 100 per cent.
Summer has said that she underestimated the amount of attention her dating Paul would bring but said that she embraced it because "from the bottom of my heart all the way up, I loved him.”
When the relationship came to a tumultuous end, mum Sabina said that it was hard watching her heartbroken daughter going through all that it brought in media attention.
Summer insist she never pursued this time in the spotlight and that "the world sucked me into it," and there were claims he had asked her to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
She then threatened to sue him over what she claimed were "highly defamatory statements".

Following her heartbreak over the split, Summer, who has amassed more than 30,000 followers on Instagram, is keen to see what career opportunities are now open to her.
She said: "I didn't ask for this. I didn't ask for these doors to be opened, the world sucked me into it - in a good way, a really good way - and now I want to see what my options are."
