Kelly Brook has faced backlash from a fan for endorsing the 'endless weight loss and gain cycle' with a new diet.
The radio presenter, 42, was spotted looking pretty in pink in a bright duvet coat to keep warm from the winter chill.
But meanwhile on social media, one of her followers has been giving her the cold shoulder over her focus on promoting 'diet culture'.
Sharing a snap to Instagram, Kelly appears in a kitchen for a weight loss brand, telling followers: "New Year New Focus! Who is with me?! I can’t believe I can still eat such delicious meals on SlimFast." #Itmightsurpriseyou
But one fan chimed back:" Kelly I love you but I hate diet culture. For anyone stuck in an endless weight loss and gain cycle don’t buy into these fads."
Although another fan praised Kelly adding: "Love that you pig out over xmas real woman."
The former pin-up appeared posed up in a country kitchen looking radiant in a green long sleeved shirt dress as she beamed back at the camera.
The star has previously been open about her struggles with weight loss and dropped two dress sizes before the UK was plunged into the first coronavirus lockdown.
But like many of us, her urge to indulge peaked during the pandemic and she saw the weight ''creeping back on''.
She told Express.co.uk : “I was following the SlimFast plan before lockdown and had got from a size 16 to a 12 and then the minute Boris was like, ‘Right, everybody stay home’, all of my routine and all of that hard work just went out the window.
“All of a sudden I was buying pizza ovens, panini makers, ice cream makers, I was closer to the fridge than I had ever been before and it was just a disaster.
“So I could see my weight gradually creeping back on and I got to a size 14 and I thought, ‘Oh no, I can’t do this!’”
But despite the scathing comment she appears to be loving life and happy in her own skin as she was whisked off for a romantic break with her man.
Kelly and her boyfriend Jeremy Parisi explored lovers location of Venice and shared shots of her cosied up to the French-Italian model, 36, on board a gondola in the romantic city.
