Kaleb Cooper has shared a concerning photo from a hospital ward.

The Clarkson's Farm star sparked health concerns just days after announcing his next project away from Jeremy Clarkson's Prime Video series. Kaleb – who was one of the big breakout stars from the series since it first aired – has been flooded with support from concerned fans.

Sharing a picture from a hospital, Kaleb wrote: "I must say I have grown a disliking to being sat in hospitals. Think I’m growing a fear of them." The Clarkson's Farm star did not reveal why he was in hospital.

Kaleb's health update comes days after he revealed he's latest career move away from the Prime Video series. Jeremy's right-hand-man will be releasing his third book on farming later this year titled It's A Farming Thing.

On Instagram, he announced the news and said: “I’ve got some very exciting news which I’m really really excited about and that is, I’ve done my first book which is The World According To Kaleb, I’ve done my second book which is Britain According To Kaleb, and now… This is my third book!"

He continued: “This book definitely means something a little bit to me, something special and it touches my heart because it’s dedicated to my granddad, who passed away two years ago, and he meant absolutely everything. He was my rock, he was my drive, and that’s why I drive and work so hard these days, I think, because I want to basically take over the world as a young person. It’s available on Amazon, please check it out.”

The book promises to give a 'hilarious look at behind the scenes of life on the farm'. A teaser for the book reads: "Kaleb’s latest book reflects his loveable, down-to-earth personality and his deep passion for farming, with dead-pan gags and unique observations that will have you crying with laughter.

"This is the unexpected and utterly hilarious story of how he came to be one of the biggest names in farming today." Meanwhile, earlier this year, Kaleb revealed his two-year-old son Oscar had a health scare of his own after joining his father at Diddly Squat Farm.

Kaleb – who also shares daughter Willa Grace, one, with his fiancée Kaya – explained his son was helping him feed the cows when he was struck ill. He said: "I was feeding the cattle and my boy looked at me, stuck his tongue out and licked the whole bar of the gate.

"Then he went, 'Nice!' I told him, 'You’re going to regret that, buddy'. Next thing I know he’s got a chest infection, ear infection. But that’s how you build an immune system, right?"
