The good news is that Simon Cowell is pre recording Britain's Got Talent Champions next week which means you don't have to wait a whole year for more BGT. But the bad news, is there will be no public vote.

Ant and Dec announced the show on the last series of BGT in June and will unsurprisingly be hosting it which will see former contestant and superstar, Susan Boyle take to the stage as the first act in the all-star version.

BGT legend, Boyle also took part in the American version of the show, missing out to  magician Shin Lim.

Other stars Cowell has swiftly signed up are Stavros Flatley - Demi Demetriou and son Lago who performed Michael Flatley's Lord Of The Dance at their first audition, making them instant favourites with viewers.

"They are one of the most iconic names ever to take part in the show so signing them up was a no brainer for Simon" a close source said.

Simon Cowell is also doing a 'Champions' version of The X factor which will also see former contestants thrash it out for the title.

The all-star editions are an attempt to boost ratings for both shows this year.

Britain's Got Talent Champions edition is set to be aired later in the year along with The X Factor Champions in the Autumn.
