Gift Certificates
Our Gift Certificates can be used to purchase tickets1 to any Massey Hall, TD Music Hall or Roy Thomson Hall event. Gift Certificates cannot be used on events exclusively sold on Ticketmaster or the TSO.
Ways to Purchase

By phone: Call 416-872-4255 Monday - Friday: 10am - 4pm
- In Person: 3 hours prior to an event.
1. Gift Certificate can be redeemed for subscriptions or as partial payment of a subscription only through the Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall Office.

Ways to Redeem
In Person:
At the Roy Thomson Hall box office, located at 60 Simcoe. Please note: we are only open 3 hours prior to the event start time on performance dates.
By Phone: Most Gift Certificates can be redeemed by phone. Please call the Box Office.
Online: Most Gift Certificates can be redeemed online. Gift Certificates purchased prior to June 2012 unfortunately cannot be redeemed online, please call the Box Office or visit us in person.
