Two men were arrested Tuesday in the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old San Francisco man, police said.
The suspects were identified as San Francisco residents Fagamalama Pasene, 26, and Zion Young, 19.Police said the pair shot and killed Kelvin Chew on May 7 during what police believe was an attempted robbery. He died at the scene, Felton and Colby streets in the city’s Portola neighborhood.
