The Pacifica Chamber of Commerce will be holding an “Eggs ‘n’ Issues” Friday, May 20, from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at Sharp Park Restaurant. A family style breakfast will be served. Chamber members in advance pay $17, at the door $22. Non members $27.
Guest speaker is Mitch Postel, president of the San Mateo County Historical Association. Learn about the “significant” rich history right here in Pacifica. Mitch will discuss the historical significance of three of the GGNRA properties – Mori Point, Milagra Ridge, and Sweeney Ridge and how they are all linked historically to the Sanchez Adobe.
He will also discuss how this could be a boost to our local economy as Pacifica could be promoted to attract tourists and packaged as a Learning Center Destination.
