Bombshell CNN Report Reveals Biden Cabinet Secretaries Submitted Questions Ahead of ‘Pre-Scripted’ Meetings With President

A CNN report released Thursday included several explosive revelations about President Joe Biden’s administration, including the claim that meetings with cabinet secretaries are “pre-scripted.”
CNN’s MJ Lee, Jeff Zeleny, Kayla Tausche, and Jamie Gangel reported, citing two sources with direct knowledge, that it is “customary” for cabinet secretaries to “submit questions” and “key talking points” to White House aides ahead of meetings with the president. One of the sources told CNN the meetings are “well-orchestrated” and far from “free-wheeling.”
The cabinet secretary meetings have also been on ice for quite some time, with the last full meeting occurring in October. One cabinet secretary even told CNN that they are unaware of the president’s current condition because they see him so infrequently.
“The entire display is kind of an act,” one of the sources said. “They would come and say, ‘Hey, the president is going to call on you about 25 minutes in, and ask this question. What are the bullet points you’ll respond with?”
The CNN report notes that cabinet secretary meetings were “not pre-scripted this way” when Biden served as vice president under Barack Obama.
The revelations come amid growing calls for Biden to drop his reelection campaign, including from prominent Democrats like David Axelrod, Michael Moore, James Carville, and George Clooney.
CNN spoke with more than two dozen Biden allies and current and former Democratic officials and many expressed concerns about Biden’s recent state.
One “senior Democrat” argued there was a major difference in the president between a March fundraiser in New York and a fundraiser last month in Los Angeles. Clooney wrote his op-ed just after attending the latter fundraiser.
“There is a marked difference in the president from the spring to the summer,” the Democrat said. “He’s just not the same.”
Another Democrat in “close touch” with Biden’s closest advisors said they’d heard that inner circle say in private, “This is going to get worse.”
