As society becomes increasingly reliant on lithium-ion batteries, the accurate and reliable determination of their health is crucial to ensuring techno-economic viability. However, when modelling battery health, most approaches are based on batteries subjected to the exact same profile until death. As such, these models are in danger of relying on the ageing profile’s built-in repetitiveness.
