Platinum is synonymous with many things: resilience, longevity, and once again, McElhanney!

We’re thrilled to announce that McElhanney has been requalified as a Platinum Member of Canada’s Best Managed Companies program. Awarded by Deloitte, the Best Managed Companies program recognizes excellence in private Canadian-owned companies. This designation is one we’ve worn with gusto for the better part of a decade: leading up to our Platinum status in 2023, our first Best Managed award was gained in 2017, with our firm first achieving Gold Standard status in 2020.

Hundreds of organizations from all industries compete for this recognition annually through a rigorous application process. After being evaluated on their management, business performance, and sustained growth, as well as client programs, market growth, culture and programs, and innovation and technology, only the best companies are recognized. For the eighth year in a row, this includes McElhanney.

“It’s an exciting time for us at McElhanney as we are once again recognized amongst the top-managed companies in Canada. I’m proud to see our commitment to our clients, industry partners, and local communities recognized for an eighth consecutive year and for our team to maintain our status in the Platinum Club,” says Allan Russell, President & CEO.

“It is due to the dedication, perseverance, and grit of our staff that we are able to celebrate this accomplishment. I’d like to extend a ‘thank you’ to each and every McElhanney team member for continuing to own it!”

Not only is this designation a celebration of our operational and fiscal accomplishments, but it is a testament to our exceptional McElhanney team who live our ACE purpose every day to:

  • Amaze our clients
  • Care for our communities
  • Empower our employees
