National Express goes green with money-savvy campaign

National Express is showcasing its credentials as a great way to travel for money-savvy customers who don’t want to compromise on quality or comfort.

Notably however, the campaign also aims to create a shift in consumer behaviour, driving people towards greener modes of travel such as using coaches.

“We love Lucky Generals’ brand platform because it is grounded in a strong and simple strategic thought that can translate across our entire business, from rethinking our web journey to changing the tone of voice used in our contact centre and how our drivers interact with our customers,” said National Express customer and marketing director, Catherine Woolfe.
