At The Sunday Paper, we often discover books, podcasts, films, and other works that move the needle and spark inspiring change. This week, we are thrilled to hand the mic again to our Sunday Paper PLUS readers! Our thanks to Theresa, Donna, and Pamela for their recommendations. We hope what they suggest below opens your heart and mind.

What Theresa Is Reading

When it comes to our nutrition, there is a lot of noise out there telling us what to eat, the diets to follow, and how to feel better. But even with all this information, research shows that many of us still lack the essential vitamins and minerals from our diets. In her book Nutrivore, Sarah Ballantyne, Ph.D takes an accessible (and radical) approach to nutrition: She helps readers choose real, whole foods tailored to our unique needs. This book marries science with everyday eating advice, making it a go-to resource. Thanks for the rec, Theresa!

What Donna Is Listening to

At The Sunday Paper, we'll read and listen to the wisdom of Rainn Wilson all day, so we were thrilled when Donna recommended his podcast "Soul Boom." With his namesake humor and insightful curiosity, Wilson interviews brilliant people about life, grief, loss, joy, compassion, and the complexities of being human. Each episode is filled with deep thought and urgency and calls for a more thoughtful, kinder world. This is a podcast that offers hope, joy, and deeper consideration to what matters.

What Pamela Is Watching

Shondaland's sexy, irreverent, fun period costume drama "Bridgerton" is officially back for a Season 3, making the show's countless fans who were waiting with bated breath happy—which includes SP+ member Pamela! What many thought would be a classic high-society period series centered on drama, gossip, and Regency love affairs has proven to be one of the most edge-pushing and refreshingly escapist shows on TV in recent years. Storylines focus on women's perspectives, and pleasure abounds. This season will surely bring answers to what is happening with Colin and Penelope. We'll be watching!
