  • An easy and savoury punch recipe for a holiday season!A recipe from le Havre-aux-Glaces.

    Ingredients

    Serves 1.

    • 30 ml (1 oz) Chic Choc Spiced Rum
    • 15 ml (1/2 oz) Frangelico
    • 15 ml (1/2 oz) Calvados
    • 50 ml (1 1/2 oz) clementine sorbet
    • 50 ml (1 1/2 oz) ice cider sorbet (or apple juice)

    Preparation

    1. Pour the liquids in a glass and stir from bottom to top with a spoon.
    2. Place the clementine sorbet and the ice cider sorbet in the glass with a spoon.
    3. Garnish with mint heads and a pinch of nutmeg, then enjoy your cocktail!
