Ingredients
Holiday Bellini
1 oz fresh clementine juice
0.5 oz aperol
0.5 oz homemade cranberry syrup
3 oz dry sparkling wine
Cranberry Syrup
2 cups of water
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of fresh or frozen cranberries
2 cinnamon sticks
Preparation
Holiday Bellini
In a shaker, add ice and all the ingredients except the sparkling wine.
Shake well and strain into a flute.
Add the sparkling wine to the cocktail. Decorate.
Cranberry Syrup
In a saucepan, add all the ingredients for the syrup.
Let simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
When the cranberries seem tender, remove the cinnamon sticks, pour the mixture into a blender and when the mixture seems homogeneous, strain through a fine strainer.
Store the mixture in the fridge for up to 10 days.
