Grown on the south-facing slopes of Mount Rougemont, our pears represent the very best of what the region has to offer. Harvested and pressed when frozen, they yield a golden hue and a bouquet reminiscent of ripe pears in syrup and candied fruits, underpinned by honey and floral notes. A wonderful way to start – or end – a meal.
