A unique and authentic family farm selling quality homemade products made with their own maple syrup.   Les délices MG's primary mission is to offer maple products with a unique flavour in order to provide a gastronomic experience. Their epicurean passion is matched only by their desire to offer artisanal, local, superior quality products with a unique flavour, that stems from their love for nature. It is therefore no surprise that the owners of Ferme Mathieu Gagné and Marie-Andrée Gauthier, who already work in full respect of nature, have had their maple syrup certified by Écocert Canada. The owners define their business as an authentic family farm where passion and epicurean pleasures are intertwined. Since their business alliance, Marie-Andrée Gauthier and Mathieu Gagné have been following a very specific vision for the development of their business: the elaboration of unique and artisanal maple products, combining beef, elderberries, black currants and more. Their insatiable curiosity towards nature and their thirst to create the best products pushes them to develop a unique agri-food offer. All of this while building coalitions with other local artisans by sourcing their inputs locally, concerned with creating superior quality products while respecting the environment and our local economy.
