Vampire Weekend have announced details of a headline UK tour.

The group will perform at Manchester's Victoria Warehouse on November 8.

It'll be in support of their upcoming fourth studio album 'Father of the Bride'.

Due for release on May 3 it features singles 'Sunflower' and 'Big Blue' and marks their first release in six years.

The album features a collaboration with Steve Lacy and also features contributions from Danielle Haim, Jenny Lewis, Batmanglij and David Longsreth, plus it sees them reunite with co-producer Ariel Rechtshaid.

The band have recently been announced on the Glastonbury Festival lineup alongside The Killers, The Cure, Liam Gallagher and Tame Impala.

This summer they'll perform at festivals across Europe including Mad Cool and NOS Alive before returning to Europe for a headline tour.

Their November run also sees them head to Edinburgh, Birmingham and London's Alexandra Palace.

They go on general sale at 10am on Friday, March 22 via ticketmaster.co.uk or seetickets.com.

Tickets are priced at £32.50 plus a booking fee.

A presale takes place at 10am on Wednesday, March 20 for fans who pre-order the album from their official website here. You'll need to order the LP by 3pm on Tuesday (March 19) and then use your code to access presale tickets.
