Presale and general ticket sales have been staggered in a bid to cope with sky-rocketing demand. Presale tickets for all three shows at BT Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh and two of six shows at Wembley Stadium, London go live today.

From 11am, presale tickets go live for the June 7 gig in Edinburgh and the June 21 gig in London. From 1pm, fans can try for the June 8 Edinburgh date and the August 15 London date. Meanwhile the June 9 show in Edinburgh goes on presale from 3pm.

General sale for UK shows are available between Monday July 17 and Wednesday July 19. See the full schedule for both general and presale tickets here.

Tickets will only be available from Ticketmaster or AXS and can only be purchased with an access code. Taylor fans had until June 22 to pre-register for the sales to be in with the chance of getting a code.

A lucky number of fans learned they'd got access to the presale last week and were given a code. Access codes can only be used for the city they were issued for, and tickets will be sold on a first-come first-served basis.

Purchasers are held to a ticket limit of four tickets per transaction.

Fresh scam warning issued to Taylor Swift fans

The first two presales have now taken place, yet people are already advertising Eras Tour tickets for sale on Twitter. With sky-high demand for what will be Taylor's first UK tour in six years, fans are desperate to get their hands on tickets.

Now, experts at VPNOverview have advised fans how to spot a scam and avoid getting duped.

  1. Social media platforms including Twitter are prime locations for scammers. If an account joined that day and have hardly any posts or their profile only shows posts only about the alleged tickets being sold, we would strongly suggest avoiding the seller at all costs.
  2. Watch out for phishing emails. Be careful of phishing emails pretending to sell cheap tickets to a gig. This could lead to the attacker stealing your user data including credit card details and login credentials. Look out for unusual email formatting and text font and do NOT respond.
  3. Do not be fooled by screenshots or confirmation emails. Scammers can easily create this to lure you into a false sense of security. They may ask for your email address to send you the tickets but avoid this at all costs, you do not want to be giving any personal information including your bank details and addresses to potential scammers. Similar to phishing emails be sure to look out for unusual formatting and fonts.
  4. Only consider making a purchase from a site which is encrypted for payment. Look out for the closed padlock symbol in the website address bar. Ensure the URL begins with ‘https’ as the ‘s’ signifies a secure site.

No more tickets on AXS or Ticketmaster

Disappointed Twitter users attempting to bag Taylor Swift tickets in the second presale of the day have said they appear to be sold out.

Presale 'smooth' for some

Excited Taylor Swift fans have taken to Twitter to share their joy at bagging tickets to see her live. Tickets for the June 8 Edinburgh date and the August 15 London date went on sale at 1pm.

@PhilippaDunjay described securing four tickets for BT Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh as 'kind of smooth.' @flosmirrorball said: "ticketmaster really came thru,, such a smooth experience im amazed" and @emilia_rxchael wrote: "everything about that presale was so smooth and I got tickets my first attempt, the universe GIFTED me".

Ticketmaster queue advice

To avoid being chucked out of queues, Ticketmaster previously recommended people to use one devide at a time and use mobile data rather than Wi-Fi.

People continue to be kicked out of AXS and Ticketmaster queues

Multiple people have taken to social media complaining that they've been kicked out of the presale queues once again. Similar complaints were made earlier this morning.

@_lindscallander tweeted: "@TicketmasterUK literally putting in my presale code for the eras tour and you kick me out and say my place in the queue is no longer valid? Don’t see how that’s fair" while @PhilipWard_ said: "@AXS_UK what is going on?... I was through the queue after 5 mins and now back to square 1..."

People who exceed ticket limit could have orders cancelled without notice

Ticketmaster has said attempting to purchase more than four tickets using multiple accounts which have the same credit card or billing information could have 'any or all' of their order cancelled without notice.

"This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information," the site's official Twitter page said, in reponse to a question about ordering tickets with different codes, but to the same billing address.

Five things we've learned from The Eras Tour presale

From seeminlgly random queue ejections to a wide range of ticket options - and prices - here are the five things we've learned from Taylor Swift's first presale.

Presale tickets are live

The next wave of presale tickets are now live via Ticketmaster and AXS.

What to do when tickets go on sale

According to Ticketmaster, the following steps should be taken once tickets are live.

  • Enter your unique access code. Should you receive an error, double-check you entered the access code exactly as it appears in this email.
  • For the best chance to secure tickets, take a moment to select the ticket types and quantity that are right for you before you initiate a search.
  • Do not refresh the page during this time.
  • When completing your ticket purchase, stay within one browser window. Opening multiple windows or tabs to purchase tickets may result in errors.
  • For a faster checkout, make sure your billing address and credit card information is up to date prior to the sale.

Four ticket limit confusion cleared up

Earlier today, Taylor Swift fans were left confused when it came to buying their tickets for London or Edinburgh.

Ticketmaster and AXS stated up to four tickets could be bought per access code, but people were unsure if you could use the same code across different venues, or if you could only access one date per presale.

Now, people have been able to successfully purchase up to four tickets total across different shows per code - for example, two tickets for Edinburgh and two tickets for London on the same code.

Waiting rooms open for wave two

Are you ready? Waiting rooms have opened ahead of the second wave of tickets going on presale at 1pm.

Tickets for the June 8 Edinburgh date at BT Murrayfield Stadium and the August 15 London date at Wembley will soon go live.

Heartbroken fans fume as they're kicked out of Ticketmaster queue

Disappointed Taylor Swift fans have said they missed out on this morning's presale tickets after being kicked out of Ticketmaster's queue.

Moments after tickets went on sale at 11am, some fans complained that they had been kicked out of Ticketmaster's virtual queue as they went to purchase the tickets - only to be placed back in it behind thousands of other fans.

@selyousavedme said she got booted out and when she managed to rejoin there were nearly 38,000 people ahead of her. "I got straight through, was selecting my tickets and then it threw me out," she fumed. "Wouldn't let me back in the queue and now there's 37,976 people in front of me."

Joy, celebrations... and frustration

Lucky Swifties are celebrating after managing to secure presale tickets to either the June 7 gig in Edinburgh and the June 21 gig in London. Between waiting room glitches, getting booted out of queues and sky-high demand, it's been a stressful morning.

Others, sadly, weren't so lucky... but there are two more presales on the way today, plus more to come on Tuesday and Wednesday.

When is the next presale?

There are still two more presales to go today.

These are:

Presale sold out on AXS

It appears the presale tickets have now sold out on AXS. People have encountered a pop up box telling them there are 'no tickets left'.

Edinburgh seating plan and ticket prices confirmed

The seating plan for BT Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh has been confirmed. The ticket prices have also been confirmed.

Wembley standing tickets 'extremely limited'

Mixed results just over 15 minutes in

It's been just more than 15 minutes since the first wave of presale tickets went live.

Some have had success, managing to bag their tickets. Others are battling glitches - like the poor Swiftie below, who can't seem to select their tickets as the page appears 'stuck,' alongside an error message.
