Piers Morgan and Alan Sugar have never seen eye to eye - so it was obvious when put together on Good Morning Britain they’d do nothing but bicker.

Ever since the business boss fired him on Comic Relief Does The Apprentice in 2007, Piers has never forgiven him.

But following success on the American Apprentice a year later, Piers will brag to anyone who will listen about how he was hired by Donald Trump before he became president.

Today was no different; as soon as Lord Sugar came into the studio the pair were at each other’s throats - and it was their looks that led the argument.

It started off after watching back the clips from Piers’ firing when GMB co-host Susanna Reid commented on how Lord Sugar - who was on the show promoting Celebrity Apprentice 2019 - hadn’t aged.

“You know why? One of us has had plastic surgery and the other one has not,” Piers exclaimed.

“If I had plastic surgery to look like that I’d want my money back.”

“He has had plastic surgery.”

Lord Sugar said the only work he had done was on his eyes - and it was no different to Piers having his teeth done.

“So you admit to being surgically enhanced?” Piers carried on.

The presenter continued to moan about the injustice of being fired, to which Lord Sugar replied: “Quite rightly so.”

Susanna had had enough before the conversation had begun by telling Lord Sugar: “Can you make him pipe down? Can you fire him again for me?”
