Record Low Discounts?

One would think that a higher discount is better than a lower discount. A higher discount results in a lower "price".

Makes sense. Surely the M4 iPad Pro release has hurt M3 MacBook sales.

I have an M3 MBA... I'm happy with it, but probably would have waited if I had known it would be such a short cycle.

This is the most ridiculous and entitled comment I've ever read on here.

"tired ass m2 and m3 product lines"...

Are you aware that the M3 MBA was only released 3 months ago?
What exactly are your daily tasks so that M2 or M3 chips are not good enough for you?
I sincerely hope you were not serious and this was a sarcastic comment.
It was definitely a sarcastic comment…but at the same time I’ve put off all plans to buy a Mac Studio until they get an m4 in it. I mean why pay full price for old chips when iPads now have the latest and greatest Unless ya really really need pro level power right away.

I know, I keep checking the site to see if they're sold out or have lowered the price further (hoping for a price match) but they've held steady at $1499 for those M2s.
I've thought about one of the open box ones in the $1300+ range

I'd like a touch lower still though ... still on the sidelines

Best Buy still selling the M2 15" MBA with 16GB RAM, 1TB ROM for $1499. Seems a better deal to me to get double the storage of the M3 version for the same price, then resell when the M4s come out.

Apple used to be against giving discounts. Supposedly Steve thought it’d cheapen the brand.

And also not doing much advertisements. Now their ads are commonplace. Their ads are also very meh.
