Note that Costco is the same price and includes AppleCare+ (not sure what good those are for headphones).

Have been using these for the past couple of months extensively. Great for this price for sure. ANC might can be better (will not block lawn mower or revving engine sounds all the way) but OK. Otherwise are quite comfy; battery life is awesome compared to in-ear buds from Apple/Beats. Can get hot in hot and steamy weather but this is common for most of this kind.

Edit: these also support spatial audio out of the box. I also created Snapshot shortcuts to easily access and changes Bluetooth and Equalizer settings instead of digging through Settings stack.

Bose Quiet Comfort 45 SE are $179.99 at Costco ('https://www.costco.com/.product.3339939.html')

The quality ('https://www.rtings.com/headphones/tools/compare/bose-quietcomfort-45-qc45-wireless-vs-beats-studio-pro-wireless/27044/40974?usage=19&threshold=0.10') of the Bose appear to be slightly better ('https://www.soundguys.com/beats-studio-pro-vs-bose-quietcomfort-45-96914/')... unless you really like having extra base.

Whoa. These don't have the H1 or W1 chip? I thought a 2023 produce would have at least the W1.

Asking just because, are these in anyways better than Bose or Sony? It’s not cheap by any means, I mean this one is marked down from $350. I certainly won’t consider that cheap.

I can think of at least couple other brand with the same price range before I event consider beats, even at this marked down price.
The Sony XM4 is superior by a notable margin. The XM4 is even superior — in some significant aspects — to its successor, the XM5. If you're budget-constrained, this is a good deal. If not, get the XM4s when they drop to 299 (or lower).

I recent purchase these for the gym. I own AirPods Max and tried Bose QC35, Bose Headphone 700, Sennheiser Momentum 3 and Sony XM4. I ended up going with AirPods Max when I tried the others. The prices with Apple Care+ if purchase at Costco is a really good deal. You’re looking at $350+ for the other competitors. AirPods Max, Sony XM4, Bose has better noise cancelling, these are a step below. AirPods Max has the best transparency mode, these are second. Sony and Bose sound robotic to me. AirPods Max has the best sound quality, I like these second best, but sound is preference. As far as style, most would agree Beats is a fashion statement while Sony and Bose is more business professional look. For the price I would recommend these. If money isn’t a concern AirPods Max.
