Almost bought a 14" MBP M1 Pro 16/512 the other day for $1499 (Best Buy 1 day sale), but I had to keep telling myself to wait and see what the rumored 15" MBA is like first.

If I'm not happy with the 15" MBA rumored to be announced at WWDC, then I'll grab the 14" MBP when it pops up again at $1499
I think the 15" MBA will be more expensive and won't have the briljant 120Hz screen of the 14" MBP. The screen is the killer feature for me.

What are your thoughts on getting the 16" with 16gb ram, 512gb storage, and m1 pro 10-core / 16 core GPU for $1899? Would you wait for the 14" to go on sale again or think the larger screen and slightly faster processor are worth it?
That would depend on what you will be using it for. If you will be using it for processor intensive tasks for your job, then it could be worth it. Otherwise, you're just paying $400 more for a slightly bigger display.
