We're two weeks out from Black Friday on November 25, but as is well known, Black Friday shopping is more of a month-long event rather than a singular day. Because of this, we're already tracking numerous all-time low deals that you can get on Apple's MacBook Pro and MacBook Air lineup today, and that's what we're focusing on in this article.

Shoppers should note that although many of the deals shared below are current record low prices, there is no guarantee we won't see steeper discounts later in the month or in December. Apple product sales fluctuate often during the holidays, the best you can do is strike while the iron is hot during these best-ever price events.

For the MBP 14, wish the difference between the 512 and 1TB wasn't $400. That's pretty steep.
It's not just SSD space for that $400. These two options are the two "stock" configurations https://www.apple.com/macbook-pro-14-and-16/specs/. The extra $400 gets you a couple of extra CPU and GPU cores. Whether or not that makes a material difference to your life is up for debate. Both are extremely powerful computers for the money.

Good to know, though not worth it for my uses. Guess I'd get the 512 and something like a Samsung Extreme SSD 1TB for $100.

The M2 Air is only offered off the shelf with 8GB from Apple (https://www.apple.com/shop/buy-mac/macbook-air/m2-chip). if you need 16GB then you're going to have to get a custom build and those aren't often going to be discounted.

Judging by your collection of (very nice) Canon L-glass you will be better served by 14" or 16" M1 Pro/Max. They come with 16GB out of the box. The 14" Pro isn't much heavier than the M2 Air (I own both). Just get that because if you're waiting on a discounted M2 Air, it isn't going to come anytime soon.
