I met Idris Elba on 42nd st in Manhattan about 4 years ago. We walked past each other and I turned and said hey! The next james bond! Congratulations Mr. Elba! He turned and smiled, stuck his hand out to me, and said thanks.

Seemed like a very down to earth nice guy. Wish him the best.

I got Apple TV+ when I took my iPhone X in for out-of-warranty service because of a swollen battery; $90Cdn later I had a brand new iPhone X, an additional 90 days of warranty, and 1 year of Apple TV+. Sweet. I believe Apple was fully aware it would be basically giving the service away for a year while they built up content. Seriously, duh!

My favourite show on Apple TV+ so far has been Mythic Quest: Raven's Banquet. The bonus "Quarantine" episode is actually one of my favourite episodes of any series for some time. If Elba cannot top that I will be surprised. In any case the quality of the programming on Apple TV+ is excellent, the money is definitely going onscreen, even if not every show is my cup of tea. Well, I like punk, you like country western, why would we imagine all shows would appeal to us equally, right?

[Off-topic] I never get the editorial style/custom in English of moving the punctuation marks inside the quote, as in "Luther,", and "Hobbs & Shaw.", counterintuitive IMHO.
Ok, so since we are off topic, I absolutely agree. I have always used the British style where if the punctuation (specifically periods and commas, other punctuation is treated rationally by all) is part of the quotation then it goes inside the mark but if it is not it goes outside. Being in Canada where the American style mostly dominates I am forever in conflict with editors of my writing. It is a hill I will die on. I agree, the American style makes little sense and is, in fact, counterintuitive (as you said) and confusing. Now I am imagining all of the likes we will both get for discussing punctuation in this thread...
