I thought Satechi was a good brand until I bought some of their stuff on Black Friday and realising it's really cheap and not well made, one charger was even dead on arrival.
After researching them I found out that their chargers for example are just generic Tommox ones, that you can buy from Aiiexpress here ('https://tommox.en.alibaba.com/?spm=a2700.details.cordpanyb.4.55491561viy6IO') and their wireless chargers and dongles are made by Gopod that can be bought for a fraction of the Satechi price.
I feel like this is the modern day MacMice fiasco (if anyone old enough remembers that), where it's all smoke and mirrors and the products are awful.

Cheap plastic Chinese crap, plus there was no 2018 iMac. It was 2017 and then 2019.
Make one without the number pad.
Apple really should make a space gray wireless keyboard and add backlight.

The Bluetooth on this keyboard is somewhere between unreliable to terrible. It will constantly disconnect and takes 2-3 key strokes before reconnecting. Returned it for another and it had the same issues.

It had good reviews on Amazon, but the seller offered a $20 gift card for a 5-star review, so assuming those good reviews are fake.

Looks good but it would be even better if it had the MacBook Pro Touch Bar.
