Apple today seeded the first beta of an upcoming macOS Mojave 10.14.5 update to developers for testing purposes, just a few days after the launch of macOS Mojave 10.14.4.

The new macOS Mojave 10.14.5 beta can be downloaded through the Software Update mechanism in System Preferences after the proper profile has been installed from Apple's Developer Center.

We don't yet know what improvements the next update to macOS Mojave will bring, but it is likely to include bug fixes and performance improvements for issues that weren't able to be addressed in the macOS 10.14.4 update.

macOS 10.14.4 introduced the Apple News+ subscription service, brought ‌Apple News‌ to Canada, and introduced an automatic Safari Dark Mode feature for websites, among other features.

Wish Apple would fix the missing mouse pointer on 27 inch iMacs. If automatic login is on, about 20% of the time my Mac boots without a mouse pointer.

The workaround is to move the invisible mouse pointer toward the upper left and start clicking. Once you click on a menu the mouse pointer immediately appears.

The issue occurs most frequently with 27 inch iMacs with the Radeon Pro 580.

I have had this issue from Sierra to Mojave. I have sent Apple videos, SysDiagnose reports, participated in multiple betas and rebuilt the system several times, unfortunately, the issue persists.

Does it include the new Apple TV app or will it only be in the Fall, for the macOS 10.15 release?
Apple's website specifically states that it'll be coming to the Mac in the fall. I assume that means 10.15.

Your first problem is having automatic login turned on. Do you use your iPhone without a passcode, too?

Correct. Also makes me wonder if they are going to be braking iTunes apart this year since TV shows/movies are now currently done through iTunes. Taking that out and putting it into its own (marzipan) app could also signal them doing the same thing for Music, Podcasts, etc.
