Shipping

With our Standard Delivery, your order arrives within approximately 10 days at your address in secure, specialty packaging.

Orders with items of of different sizes will be shipped at the rate of the largest picture in the order. Books are shipped free of charge.

When ordering online, please select the country of the desired shipping destination; the correct shipping costs will then be shown.

Ordering and Delivery

As soon as we receive your order, we send you an order confirmation via e-mail. Normally, we deliver your order within about 10 days of it being placed. When your order is shipped, we send you a shipping confirmation including a tracking number from our certified shipping partners and the receipt/invoice as a PDF for you to print out. We ship worldwide. Please note that shipments to countries outside of the EU may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason to cancel this contract.

We would like to point out that there is no right of cancellation for works with a presentation freely selected by you ("select individual presentation") or for purely photographic prints, as the works created are customised according to your specifications. A right of cancellation is excluded for individual products in accordance with § 312 g Para. 2 No. 1 BGB.

We would also like to point out that there is no right of cancellation for digital works ("NFTs"). The consumer hereby expressly agrees that LUMAS may commence performance of the contract prior to the expiry of the cancellation period and confirms his knowledge of the fact that his right of cancellation expires upon commencement of performance of the contract.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods or goods are delivered in a single delivery

or

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, the

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods immediately and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract in the original packaging. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods for orders. As a rule, the goods cannot be returned by normal post.
