What does it cost to rent a studio apartment in Westchester and Rockland?

Westchester’s supply of apartments that are run by management companies is concentrated in cities such as New Rochelle, White Plains and Yonkers, as well as in some villages such as Port Chester and Ossining. Suburban towns tend to offer far fewer options.

The asking rents online may or may not include incentives, such as a discount that may be offered at a given time. Rents also may not cover additional fees and other costs.

Here are some of the studio apartments advertised online. Be advised that one or more could be rented or taken off market by this article's publication time or the asking rent could have changed.
