Suffern High School Child Center is a developmental preschool for children 3 to 4 years old. The program is run by high school students and supervised by a certified Family and Consumer Science Educator.

Children in the preschool program, which has been running for more than 40 years, receive plenty of one-on-one attention from the high school students to help prepare them for kindergarten. The program, with 16 preschoolers and 25 high school students, runs for four periods, according to the high school schedule.
